Chester has over thirty-five years of insurance business experience that has established the agency as an important source for insurance information. He has developed a reputation for integrity, stability and competence that are the cornerstone of our success. Chet Conary is particularly well known throughout Marlborough and Middlesex County for his community service that includes two terms as Mayor of Marlborough.

Cindy A. Monroe, Vice President and Operations Manager - x204
Cindy has been with the company for 24 years.  She started as a file clerk and worked her way up to becoming a full partner in 2005.  She has done it all and enjoys the challenges and changes inherent in this business.

Cindy is a licensed agent and has attained the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor.  The C.I.C. designation is one of the things she is most proud of in her long career in insurance.

Cindy is extremely proud of the staff she put together.  As their manager she knows that we are only as good as our last customer contact.  Having people who know what they are doing, who treat each customer as a priority and aren't afraid to say "I will find out and get back to you" - is a priceless combination!

Teresa Jump, Customer Service Agent - x201

Teresa started on the road to the insurance industry by working for the Registry of Motor Vehicles. Seven years ago she left to join an insurance agency and has been enjoying he challenging and rewarding work ever since.  She has been with Conary Insurance for five years. The customer contact is what she finds most interesting, as someone always comes up with a question that she has never thought of before. "Learning something new is never ending" is how Teresa puts it when you ask her what keeps her motivated.  She calls herself a "work in progress", as she started later in her career.  She loves her customers and working with the others in the office.

Teresa is licensed in Real Estate (so she knows the ins and outs of insuring your house right) and is a Notary Public (free for customers).

Lucy Rodriguez, Customer Service Agent - x203

Lucy has been in the insurance industry for the past 14 years, 10 with Conary Insurance.  In order to perfect her insurance knowledge she has completed classes, training seminars, exams and asked many many questions of companies in order to best serve her clients. She really strives to ensure that her customers understand what they are buying in an insurance product and get them what they want or need based on their individual circumstances.

Lucy in tri-lingual (English, Portuguese, Spanish) in order to help non-english speaking clients and is a Notary Public (free for customers).
